With a talent for managing teams and getting results, director Logan Niederer established BL Mentor Ltd during 2005 to provide much sought after coaching, mentoring and training services in the Bay of Plenty region.
Logan, 50, has an impressive professional career spanning agriculture, sales and management in several business sectors. Massey educated, by age 26 Logan was managing 8 farms with dairy, beef, sheep and cropping units. His next move was to the real estate sector where his career successes include being the youngest branch manager for J F Jones Group, managing the first Gilman Real Estate City office to generate $1million in sales revenue and developing their franchise network. From there he moved to the then beleaguered Wrightson Real Estate as National Sales Manager where he turned the company around from group losses to $750K profit in 18 months.
Underlying his entire career has been a passion to help people realize their potential, in both their personal and business lives. And so he funded himself through a professional coaching course and set out to realize his own dream and potential by establishing BL Mentor Ltd.
Logan works with individuals and companies offering tailored coaching services specific to their situation and objectives. For individuals, it may be that they have recognized that they are in a rut and don't know how to get out. For companies, it may be that the team is fragmented and not achieving the results it is capable of.
